I ordered 4 blenders with EU plugs, but only 2 were initially shipped with the remaining 2 sent separately. At the time of writing, I've received the first 2 units. While I appreciate the product quality, I have several concerns.
I specifically ordered EU plugs but received UK plugs instead, which affects usability. Additionally, each blender lacked individual packaging, and the shipping carton was excessively large for just 2 units - it could have easily fit all 4 blenders.
Why split my order into two shipments with wrong plug types when a single, properly-sized shipment with correct specifications would have been more efficient?
